Cóctel de Camarones (Shrimp Cocktail)
INGREDIENTS
- 1-pound large shrimp: shelled, deveined, boiled
- juice of two limes
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for garnish
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Louisiana Hot Sauce
- ½ tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl combine the lime juice, red onion, cilantro, mayonnaise, ketchup, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika.
- Add the cooked shrimp and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Serve with fried corn tortillas and garnish with chopped cilantro.
